September may be over, but Lajollacooks4u is still as HOT as ever!
The last month of summer was an exciting time for Lajollacooks4u- but it doesn’t seem as if we’re slowing down at all! We have amazing groups booking into the holidays, and our social media is blowing up with activity.
Since we are starting to wrap-up in layers for Fall’s cooler weather, we’re going to take a moment to wrap-up September and say goodbye to this awesome summer. After all, we simply couldn’t neglect mentioning the many wonderful guests who visited Lajollacooks4u this past September!
We kicked off September with a group of fun-loving ladies who were celebrating a long-time friend’s birthday!
The group had stolen away their friend and treated her to a two-day Foodie extravaganza! The group booked Lajollacooks4u’s Farmer’s Market Tour package, and showed up with some fabulous shopping baskets!
The ladies were a hoot to work with- and we’re sure Pat had a wonderful and very memorable birthday.
Next to join us in Lajollacooks4u’s kitchen were Lorre and her daughter Briana. The two gorgeous gals brought their S.O.’s and the four had a fabulous time cooking and dining with Lajollacooks4u.
Next to celebrate a big birthday was Ed Abels , who came with his wife Kathy and friends.
Our intimate and private setting set the tone for a wonderful birthday celebration spent with family, friends and good, gourmet food.
Next to join us in September came two lovely southern belles, Deana Hurd and Debra Ranney. After watching Lajollacooks4u grow for the past two years, Deana finally took a vacation from her charming tearoom, Lulu’s Tea Room, in Powell, TN to take a class with Chef Jodi!
Fun story: Chef Jodi coincidentally met Deana Hurd a day before her cooking class while the two were walking along the beach in La Jolla! Deana recognized Chef Jodi from the Lajollacooks4u Facebook page and website, and eagerly introduced herself as Chef Jodi’s upcoming guest.
Deana Hurd loved the recipes created with Lajollacooks4u so much that she shared Lajollacooks4u’s Chocolate Melting Cakes recipe on her monthly TV segment with Knoxville’s own WBIR Channel 10. She is also offering these cute cakes as part of her dessert selection in her tearoom!
Chef Jodi had a wonderful time cooking and chatting with Deana and Deb, and can’t wait for them to return!
After an impressive summer, and a trailblazing September with almost 400 Facebook fans and 300 Twitter followers…we’re certain this will be a record-breaking year!
