Tired of the same, old roasted veggies? Spice things up with this new and easy Roasted Cauliflower With Tahini Sauce recipe.
What You’ll Need:
One whole cauliflower, cut into pieces
3 tablespoons tahini
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
One heaping teaspoon fresh minced garlic
1 tablespoon zaatar
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon coarse sea salt
1 tablespoon water
What To Do:
Preheat oven to 400°
In a small mixing bowl add tahini, lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, zaatar, cumin and sea salt. Whisk ingredients together until you have a paste. Add 1 tablespoon of water to thin it out.
Pour tahini mixture over cauliflower pieces and toss well. Spread cauliflower on oiled baking sheet and roast for 25 minutes.
Keep warm until ready to serve.
