1 pound grapes on vine, rinsed and dried
1 Tablespoon walnut oil
1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
What to Do:
Preheat oven to 400°. Place grapes on a baking sheet and coat with oil and balsamic vinegar.
Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning once until grapes have shriveled and are slightly brown.
