The Mochulsky’s are the latest guests to walk through our doors! In town for the Labor Day weekend, the family of four came across Lajollacooks4u’s 5-star ratings on Trip Advisor and immediately booked a gourmet cooking class with Chef Jodi. Parents, Irene and Rick, traveled all the way from Texas, while sons, Chris and Rick, Jr., came in from Colorado and Los Angeles.
Together, the family prepared a delicious locally caught Sea Bass in a Fresh Herb Crust with Caper Vinaigrette, accompanied with Cacio de Pepe, a fabulous Roman pasta dish. Dessert was our signature Peach Crisp with Goat Cheese Mousse – a huge hit!
It was a fun and enjoyable evening had by all and even got two thumbs up from father, Rick, and son, Chris – both super-foodies. The family left with unforgettable memories, as well as two copies of Chef Jodi’s best-selling cookbook so they could re-create the same delicious dishes at home!
