This is a healthy and delicious dish. Try making when asparagus is in-season (in spring) and recently harvested to make it extra flavorful!
What You’ll Need:
2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons fresh garlic, minced
1 bunch asparagus, cut into 1-inch pieces
1 cup snap peas, cut
½ cup sundried tomatoes
½ teaspoon coarse sea salt
¼ teaspoon red chili flakes
What to Do:
In a large sauté pan, heat olive oil, add garlic, and sauté for one minute. Add asparagus, snap peas, sun-dried tomatoes, salt and chili flakes. Sauté 8 minutes or so until veggies are soft, but still crunchy. That’s it!
