We’re coming at you with another grain-free recipes!! Want to have that cauliflower rice we shared earlier this week in an actual burrito instead of a bowl? Well, now you can with our easy grain free tortillas:
1 1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 Tablespoons avocado oil
In a medium size mixing bowl mix almond flour, baking soda and salt. In a small bowl, whisk eggs together with avocado oil. Poor wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until dough is well combined.
Form dough into 2 inch balls and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Cover with a towel and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Generously sprinkle almond flour on a large board and roll out tortilla balls until you have a 5 or 6 inch disk. Place tortilla in heated pan and cook about 1 minute or so per side until done.
Store tortillas in a plastic bag and refrigerator until ready to eat, best if served warm.
